It often takes place in a natural or recreative area, such as a park, forest, beach, or grassy lawn. On long drives a picnic may take place at a road-side stop such as a rest area.A banquet is a large, often formal, and elaborate meal with many guests and dishes.

Food is like a LIGHT SWITCH which can turn Fat Burning ON or OFF.So even though it may seem like a contradiction to say that eating more often is the solution to weight loss............that's exactly what our New Dieting System is all about. Sure, it’s not going to make you lose 30 pounds in 30 hours like some awesome meds will, but it is “baby steps” to a better diet.

The 5 Factor Diet is the newest diet/weight loss craze in Hollywood. Celebrities are swearing by this plan, which was created by Harley Pasternak. With the number five as the basis, the plan centers around five meals a day and five workout sessions containing five exercises each.
