Chuckie A. Nguyen (aka Chuckie Akenz) is a Vietnamese-Canadian rapper. He was born on January 21, 1986 and grew up in the extremely dangerous Jane and Finch neighbourhood of Toronto, Canada.He rose to mainstream notoriety with the filming of a rap video called "You Got Beef?"In October of 2006, Chuckie was featured in an episode of the Fifth Estate named "Lost in the Struggle." He was on an episode of MuchMusic's Music Is My Life, talking about his personal life.His music video's "Music Is My Life" and "Uptown" have also been added to MuchMusic's video rotation.He grew up in Jane and Finch, place known for its high crime rate.
