Recently I have seen a numerous food carts that offers this very enticing finger food, the calamares. Initially this food is being served in bars and restos together with some beers. A very good tandem indeed. With the growing popularity of calamares here in the Philippines, we can’t blame our kababayans serving this fried squid in street carts.
