On Thursday, Nintendo will be constructing the world's largest sculpture of Mario made out of cans in the world in Toronto's Dundas Square. It will celebrate the release of New Super Mario Bros. and all the cans used will eventually go to the Daily Bread Food Bank.

The Royal Bank Building at 20 King street West in Toronto, is one of a few of RBC Financial's offices in the downtown core. Construction on this building commenced with the laying of the corner stone by then Royal Bank of Canada Chairman James Allan in 1964. The 12 storey tower is home to RBC Financial.Further east is Original Royal Bank building. Built in 1914 and designed by architect firm Ross and Macdonald, it was the tallest building in Toronto and the British commonwealth after its completion. It rises 20 stories above the northeast corner of Yonge and King streets. Today its offices house many firms and the main floor is occupied by a matress store and a fast food restaurant. it served as the bank's Toronto offices until the Royal Bank Plaza was completed in 1977.
