It is quite loose, just like you would expect from a glaze and it has a very nice, light taste. We tried this recipe because I bought a new pan & was dying to try it out. I know it's a lot of work but it is delicious and freezes beautifully. I cut it in slices so I could always have something sweet to eat with my coffee! It would make a nice presentation for Holiday Entertaining...
