A bread machine or breadmaker is a home appliance for baking bread. It consists of a bread pan with a paddle mounted in the center, in a small special-purpose oven, with a control panel. While most bread machines have different cycles for different kinds of dough (including straight white bread, whole grain, European-style (sometimes labeled "French"), and dough-only for pizza dough and shaped loaves baked in the oven), many also have a timer to allow the bread machine to activate without operator attendance, and some high-end models even allow the user to program a custom cycle.

I like bread and I like it fresh. So my first thought was, get a breadmaker. Easier said than done, there are so many on the market however this one the panasonic sd254 seems to be at the top of everyones lists, so I shout out and ask that if you already have one of these breadmakers in your kitchen, please let me know how good it is?

I lost my bread machine manual and I couldn t find it on the manufacturer s site. This site has links to manuals for Breadman, Panasonic, Toastmaster, Zojirushi and Morphy Richards bread machines with instructions on how to find them on each manufacturer s site. Now I can eat nice fresh bread again.
