Upon entering this particular Panera Bread location, I was greeted by an employee from across the counter…not what I was typically accustom to from previous visits to other locations. Next, as I approach the counter where they display the muffins, bagels, scones and such, this lady pops out of no-where as if by magic and greets me once more.

Recently I read an article suggesting that Starbucks has become the new American meeting place. To me, Gravalax has always been one of those rare findings on my plate. I do fancy the occasional bagel with Gravalax and a little cream cheese. However, finding a restaurant that offers an appetizer plate of Gravalax with some cheese and bread is hard to do.
