In small saucepan, over high heat, bring reserved marinade to boil, boil 2-3 minutes. Cool and brush over turkey breast during last 40 minutes of grilling time.

 

Place three layers of cheesecloth (soaked with marinade) over turkey breast. Bake (approximately 16 lb turkey) 3 hours 15 minutes. Remove cheesecloth and baste turkey with more marinade.


Remove turkey breast from marinade. Place marinade in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until marinade comes to a boil; boil 1 minute. Place turkey breast onto grill over drip pan.


Ingredients: 1 Turkey Breast, deboned. Cilantro Marinade: 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar) 2 tbsp. lime (or lemon) juice 1 tbsp. lime (or lemon) zest
