The Hershey Company, among North America's largest chocolate and confectionery maker, today formally announced its entry into the Indian market by picking up 51% stake in Godrej Beverages and Foods (GBFL).Hershey's will be investing $60 million in the deal, which includes additional capital to build the required infrastructure.
