Deviled eggs receipe

by The Laughing Chef/Anyone who’s ever been on a picnic or had a meal involving a buffet is familiar with the deviled egg. Mashed up yolk and mayonnaise and mustard, and perhaps a touch of horseradish, placed into the hollowed-out section of a hard boiled egg and dusted with paprika.
When munchies hit, what's a better idea than making deviled eggs? But how long are you supposed to cook them, and how do you avoid the weird green ring that happens from over-cooking?
Whaddya get when you down deviled eggs and chili, followed by perhaps a beer chaser? Ultimately, you get the Stink Fest, a "fun-raiser" held yearly outside the city of Davenport, Iowa (no doubt for safety reasons!) over Thanksgiving weekend. (No open flames allowed, please.)
