I began baking bread about fifteen years ago. I have experimented with white bread, egg bread, sweet bread, rolls, loafs, braided loafs, and combinations of these. I now use a single recipe of my own design - it is a sweet egg bread.

Recipe Ingredients2 Eggs 1/3 Cup Milk 1 Tsp Cinnamon 4-6 Slices Bread (white or wheat)Recipe DirectionWhisk first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Dip the bread on both sides in the mixture and place in an oiled skillet or griddle. Brown both sides, butter and serve with syrup, jelly, preservatives, or honey.
