I love pecan pie. I love bourbon. What could be better than putting them together? Putting them together and adding another shot of bourbon!! This "Double-Shot-of-Bourbon Pecan Pie", from TV personality and cookbook author Marie Hejl (seen on Martha Stewart television show), is a great pecan pie recipe for the holidays . . . Yum!

We tried this recipe because I bought a new pan & was dying to try it out. I know it's a lot of work but it is delicious and freezes beautifully. I cut it in slices so I could always have something sweet to eat with my coffee! It would make a nice presentation for Holiday Entertaining...
