Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, Cheesecake Factory and other casual dining restaurants are seeing lackluster performance. They say its because consumers have less discretionary dollars to spend. I say it's because we're all tired of restaurants filled with same vintage kitsch, sub-par food, and mediocre service.
