GASTONIA — Joe Neal was hoping for a little compassion and maybe some Christmas cheer when he tried to pay a local grocery store for a steak he stole last week. Instead, Food Lion workers called Gastonia Police Wednesday, who wrote Neal a ticket for stealing a $3.98 steak.

Lagoon is an amusement park in Farmington, Utah, United States located about seventeen miles (27 km) north of Salt Lake City. It is the largest amusement park between Kansas City and San Francisco. Lagoon also offers a full-service RV park, a campground, and a shaded walking trail outside the park that stays open all year.
