This is my all-time favorite salad. It's very simple, with baby spinach, Granny Smith apples, candied pecans, and my Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette, but BOY is it good! The dressing is addictive, with the perfect combination of sweet and sour flavors, and the apples and pecans add a nice crunchy texture to the salad.
