The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water; maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

Reading his post made me realize that there is a huge leap from eating out many meals as a busy professional to cooking nearly every meal in an established household. Here are my strategies for bridging that gap:
