Michael Tucker (born February 6, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American actor.He is a graduate of the Baltimore City College high school and Carnegie-Mellon University, where he was close to the American T.V. director, Steven Bochco, later to direct L.A. Law. His acting experience includes early appearances with Joseph Papp, stage training and roles in London, and a major stint at the Arena Theatre, in Washington, D.C. He also has worked with Lina Wertmuller, Woody Allen, and Barry Levinson (also from Baltimore). Perhaps he is best known for his role as Stuart Markowitz in L.A. Law, where he co-starred with his wife Jill Eikenberry (who played Ann Kelsey).A son is a jazz musician in New York City and a daughter from a previous marriage, has appeared in films with her father and is an artist and retailer.
