The Coca-Cola Company said it sees nothing wrong with drinking lots of Diet Coke. "Great taste. No calories. Wholesome ingredients. How could you drink too much?" said Diana Garza, the communications director of Coca-Cola North America.

Those clever folks at Coca-Cola Company really know how to make something out of nothing. A few years ago they stripped out all the ingredients from Coke except for the filtered water and packaged it as Dasani, sold at the same price as Coke.

Diet Coke (sometimes known as Diet Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light or Coke Light) is a sugar-free soft drink produced and distributed by The Coca-Cola Company. Sucralose and acesulfame potassium replace aspartame in this version. Early sales were weaker than anticipated; however, Coca-Cola did little advertising for the brand, investing money and advertising in Coca-Cola Zero instead.
