New fad diet

There are so many different types of diets these days that I can understand why it can be so stressful on choosing the right one. Sometimes it just seems better off to not even go on a diet at all because all of these new fads have so many types of restrictions on them. Such as you can eat carbs with one, you can eat fat with the other.
